Alta Zinc Limited (ASX: AZI) – Trading Halt (2+2)
Description
The securities of Alta Zinc Limited (‘AZI’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AZI, pending it releasing an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 29 June 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Alta Zinc Limited (the "Company")(ASX:AZI) requests back-to-back trading halts in its securities effective immediately. The reason for the trading halts is that the Company intends to release an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halts end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 29 June 2020, or when the announcement referred to above is released to the market. The Company expects the event which will end the trading halts is the announcement referred to above.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halts should not be granted.
