Rights Issue Completion and Allotment of Shares
Energia Minerals Ltd ( ASX: EMX ) ( Energia ) is pleased to advise that its Fully Underwritten Non-renounceable Rights Issue of (2) new Shares for every (7) existing Shares has now been completed.
Accordingly, 174,006,475 fully paid ordinary shares have been issued at an issue price of $0.035 (3.5 cents) to raise total proceeds of $6.09 million before costs.
The issued capital of Energia following the completion of the Rights Issue is 783,027,454 fully paid ordinary shares.
Attached is a statement setting out the 20 largest holders of fully paid ordinary shares post completion of the Rights Issue.
