DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & DIRECTOR NOMINATION
Alta Zinc Limited ( ASX: AZI ) advises that its Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Monday 29 November 2021 at 1500hrs (AWST).
Information re the AGM will be set out in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the market and available to the shareholders in or around late October 2021.
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, 14.3 and Clause 6.1 (p)(i) of the Company’s Constitution, nomination for the election of directors should be received 35 business days prior to the AGM, which is the 11 October 2021.
The dates are subject to change. Any change will be advised by a market release.
