Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On October 22, 2012, Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. announced it will report its third quarter 2012 financial results after the market closes on November 5, 2012. The Company will hold a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 to discuss the financial results for the third quarter of 2012.
