alstria leases 2,000 sqm in Dresden
Hamburg, April 19, 2016 – alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1), the leading German office REIT, announces the signature of a new lease for its asset in Washingtonstrasse 16/16a in Dresden.
The new tenant will lease up approximately 2,000 sqm of office and ancillary space. The expected start of the lease is June 1, 2016, has a lease length of 5 years and will generate an annual rent of EUR k 162.
The building Washingtonstrasse 16/16a is located in Saxony’s capital Dresden and comprises 20,500 sqm of lettable space.
The lease was brokered by Beate Protze Immobilien GmbH.
