2016/17 Registration Document available

24 May 2017 – Alstom's 2016/17 Registration Document, which includes the Annual Financial Report, was filed with the "Autorité des marchés financiers" (AMF) on 23 May 2017.

This document is available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulation and may be viewed on Alstom's website (www.alstom.com, Section Investors/Investors Corner/Investors documentation or Shareholders corner/Shareholders' Meeting), as well as on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).

The following information is included in the 2015/16 Registration Document:

• the Annual Financial Report (page 276) including the statutory auditors' report and their emphasis of matter on the consolidated financial statements (pages 96 to 97),
• the Chairman's report pursuant to article L. 225-37 of the French Commercial Code (pages 138 to 180),
• information relating to independent auditors' fees (page 92), and
• the presentation of the share purchase programme (page 269).
