Takeover bid by Australian Laboratory Services Pty. Ltd. for HRL Holdings Limited Completion of dispatch of Bidder's Statement
A notice for the purposes of item 8 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) confirming that ALS Limited's (ASX: ALQ) wholly-owned subsidiary, Australian Laboratory Services Pty. Ltd., has today completed sending its bidder’s statement dated 1 July 2022 (which contains an offer dated 6 July 2022) to offerees in relation to its off-market takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in HRL Holdings Limited (ASX: HRL) that are not already owned by it is attached.

(ACN 009 936 029) ( ALSPL ) hereby gives notice that it has today completed sending its bidder’s statement dated 1 July 2022 ( Bidder’s Statement ) (which contains an offer dated 6 July 2022) in relation to its off-market takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in HRL Holdings Ltd (ACN 120 896 371) ( HRL ) that it does not already own to each person who held securities in the bid class as at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 1 July 2022 (being the date set by ALSPL pursuant to section 633(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act )), as required by item 6 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act.
