ALS Completes acquisition of Reservoir Group

ALS Limited (ASX: ALQ) announces that the acquisition of global oil and gas technical services company, Reservoir Group, was successfully completed on the 8[th] August.

Greg Kilmister, ALS’ Managing Director commented:

“The acquisition of Reservoir Group gives ALS an ideal platform to develop a substantial technical services business in the upstream oil and gas sector and complements our broader range of testing and other technical services in the TIC markets. Reservoir has a strong technical reputation in the upstream oil and gas sector and offers a targeted range of well site and laboratory based services to the global oil and gas exploration, well development and well maintenance sectors.

The combination of Reservoir’s people and assets with ALS’ proven business model will see its operations increase market share and broaden its technical offerings over the coming years.

The acquisition of Reservoir brings ALS total staff in the Energy Division to more than 1500.
