EXTENSION OF ALS' RECOMMENDED OFFER FOR ALL THE ORDINARY SHARES IN AMMTEC LIMITED ('AMMTEC')

Extension of the Offer Period

Campbell Brothers and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Australian Laboratory Services Pty Ltd, ( ALS ) announces that ALS is extending the closing date of its Recommended Offer for all of the ordinary shares in Ammtec ( Recommended Offer ) so that it will now close at 4.00pm Perth time on 5 November 2010 .

ALS will not make any further extension to the closing date of the Recommended Offer unless it declares the Recommended Offer to be unconditional or if a further extension is required by law.

Campbell Brothers and ALS have already announced that the current consideration available to Ammtec shareholders under the Recommended Offer is final and will not be increased in the absence of a superior offer.

Further action – ACCEPT the Recommended Offer

Campbell Brothers and ALS, together with Ammtec's board of directors, urge all Ammtec shareholders who have not yet accepted the Recommended Offer to do so as soon as possible.
