ALS announces resignation of Company Secretary and General Counsel
ALS Limited (ASX: ALQ) advises that Michael Pearson, Company Secretary and General Counsel, has tendered his resignation from ALS.
Michael will continue in his current role until 1 October 2024. A process to find a successor has commenced and a further announcement will be made in due course.
The Board and Management wish to thank Michael for his excellent service and contribution to ALS over the past seven years and wish him every success in the future.
