Change of Company Secretary

ALS Limited (ASX: ALQ) ( ALS or the Company ) announces that Mr Timothy Mullen has stepped down as Company Secretary effective 1 December 2017. Michael Pearson has been appointed Company Secretary effective 1 December 2017.

ALS CEO Mr Raj Naran thanked Mr Mullen for his contribution to the Company during a tenure spanning more than twenty years.

Mr Naran welcomed Mr Pearson to the new role of General Counsel & Company Secretary. Mr Pearson joins ALS following the performance of similar roles with ASX listed companies Aveo Group and Cardno Limited over the last fifteen years. Mr Pearson will also be responsible for management of the Company’s Investor Relations program.
