Retirement of Chairman - Mr Geoff McGrath

As indicated at the AGM held today, the Company has announced the retirement of Mr Geoff McGrath from the Board of Campbell Brothers Limited, effective from the close of the AGM held today.

Mr McGrath was appointed a director of the Company in 2003.
