Retirement of Non-executive Director, Mr Martin Kriewaldt

As advised in the Notice of Meeting, Mr Martin Kriewaldt has retired from the Board of Campbell Brothers Limited, effective close of the AGM held 26 July 2011.

Mr Kriewaldt was appointed a director of the Company in June 2001.

The Company has announced that Mr Grant Murdoch, age 59, will be appointed as a non-executive director, effective from 1 September 2011.
