Appointment of Additional Non-Executive Director

Campbell Brothers Limited (ASX Code: CPB) has announced that Mr John Mulcahy is to be appointed a non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 February 2012.

John has extensive corporate and management experience. He is chairman of Coffey International Limited, a non-executive director of GWA Group Ltd and Mirvac Group Ltd, and a Guardian of the Future Fund of Australia.

He was formerly the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of SuncorpMetway Limited. Prior to Suncorp, John held a number of senior executive roles at Commonwealth Bank and Lend Lease.

Commenting on the appointment, Company Chairman, Geoff McGrath said that John’s appointment was part of the Board’s succession planning and he was delighted to welcome John to the Board and looked forward to his active contribution to the Company.
