Retirement of Non-executive Director, Mr Tony Love

As advised in the Notice of Meeting, Mr Tony Love has retired from the Board of Campbell Brothers Limited, effective close of the AGM held 28 July 2009.

Mr Love was appointed a director of the Company in February 1986.

The Company has announced that Mr Mel Bridges, age 59, will be appointed as a non-executive director in September 2009.
