Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Campbell Brothers Limited (ASX Code: CPB) today announced the appointment of Mr Mel Bridges as a non-executive Director of the Company, filling the vacancy left following the retirement of Mr Tony Love in July 2009.

Mel Bridges has over 30 years experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industries, underpinned by a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, and has knowledge and experience in respect to laboratory services and associated businesses, including global distribution.

He is currently the Chairman of Alchemia Limited and Impedimed Limited and a nonexecutive director of several other ASX-listed companies.

In welcoming Mel to the Company, the Chairman, Geoff McGrath said “Mel has the technical background and business experience required to add-value to the current board of Campbell Brothers and we look forward to his contribution”.
