Report regarding the modification of the information related to the legal documents reported previously in the first semester of year 2022, respectively in Current Report no. 17/15.02.2022, as follows:

In Current Report no. 17/15.02.2022, regarding the reporting of transactions with related parties according to art. 108 paragraph 3 and paragraph 12 of Law no. 24/2017 – Republished, carried out between ALUM S.A. (Subsidiary of ALRO S.A.) and CONEF GAZ S.R.L. (company under common control of ALRO Group):

Annex 1 - Reporting of transactions carried out during the period 1st December 2021 – 31st January 2022;

At entry 1 corresponding to the legal document Contract no. 287/15.10.2021 concluded with CONEF GAZ S.R.L, the amount from the column named "Amount (RON)", respectively RON 31,506,074 (amount including VAT) is amended and replaced with the revised value: "RON 26,491,080" (amount without VAT);

At entry 2 corresponding to the legal document Contract no. 15/14.01.2022 concluded with CONEF GAZ S.R.L, the amount from the column named "Amount (RON)", respectively RON 34,950,262 (amount including VAT) is amended and replaced with the revised value: "RON 29,369,968" (amount without VAT);

Thus, the total value of the transactions carried out during the period 1 st December 2021 – 31st January 2022 is amended from RON 66,456,336 (amount including VAT) to RON 55,861,048 (amount without VAT).

The other information of the aforementioned Report remain valid. The same amendment is made to the Romanian version.
