Significant event to be reported: Communique- acquisition of the company VIMETCO TRADING S.R.L.

By the Current Report no.95/24.12.2021, the company Alro S.A. informed the investors and the interested public about the completion of the acquisition of the company Vimetco Trading S.R.L. from its majority shareholder, Vimetco PLC and from its subsidiary, Vimetco Management Romania S.R.L.

In addition to this current report, we would like to inform that Vimetco Trading S.R.L total acquisition value amounts to 15,600,000 ron.

As a result of the transaction, Alro becomes a shareholder holding 100% of the share capital of Vimetco Trading Company, which has acted since 2008 mainly as a commissioner of Alro in all aluminium products markets in the world.
