Update on Name Change

Alpha FX Group plc (AIM: AFX), a high-tech, high-touch provider of financial solutions dedicated to global corporates and institutions operating internationally, announces that further to its announcement on 22 November 2022 regarding the Company's proposed name change, the Company has submitted the relevant documentation for the change of name, however the change has not yet taken effect due to delays in processing at Companies House.

The Company will provide a further update as soon as the documents have been processed by Companies House.
