Alpha FX authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as a BIPRU investment firm
Alpha FX (AIM:AFX) confirms today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Alpha FX Limited, has been authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a BIPRU investment firm with immediate effect.
As set out in the Group's Admission document, in January 2017 the Company applied to the FCA to become a BIPRU investment firm. The Company's status as a BIPRU investment firm will enable it to offer currency swaps and options to its clients, in addition to its existing products and services.
