Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Alphawave notifies the market that as at 30 June 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of  772,631,208  Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure 772,631,208 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
