In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Alphawave IP Group plc (the "Company") announces that Michelle Senecal de Fonseca, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Redcentric plc with effect from 13 February 2024.
Michelle will also be appointed as chair of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit and nomination committees.
