ALPHAWAVE IP GROUP PLC CFO STEPS DOWN
LONDON, United Kingdom and TORONTO, Ontario, Canada 19 May 2023 - Alphawave IP Group plc (LSE: AWE, the "Company" or "Alphawave Semi") today announces that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Daniel Aharoni is stepping down with immediate effect.
On 4 May 2023 Alphawave Semi announced that its CFO, Daniel Aharoni, would step down as CFO and as an Executive Director following the publication of its audited results for FY 2022. Having published its audited results this morning, the Company has now agreed with Daniel Aharoni that he is stepping down as CFO and as an Executive Director with immediate effect.
