Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Alphawave IP Group plc (the "Company") announces that Victoria Hull, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hikma Pharmaceuticals plc ("Hikma"), with effect from 1 November 2022.
In line with plans for the future composition of the Hikma Board, Victoria will be appointed Senior Independent Director and assume the role of Chair of Hikma's Nomination and Governance Committee during the course of 2023. The effective date for these changes will be confirmed in Hikma's 2022 Annual Report.
