Announcement - Purchase of Own Shares [13.01.2026]

Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 05.01.2026 and 09.01.2026, it purchased 2,826,000 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.7891 per share and a total cost of € 10,707,928.61 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
