Announcement - Purchase of Own Shares [07.01.2026]

Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 29.12.2025 and 02.01.2026, it purchased 2,300,000 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.6009 per share and a total cost of € 8,282,061.95 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
