Announcement - Purchase of Own Shares [09.12.2025]

Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 03.12.2025 and 05.12.2025, it purchased 2,339,180 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.4608 per share and a total cost of € 8,095,392.17 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
