Announcement – Purchase of Own Shares [13.10.2025]
Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 6.10.2025 and 8.10.2025, it purchased 2,032,928 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.7590 per share and a total cost of € 7,641,811.72 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
