Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 29.09.2025 and 1.10.2025, it purchased 3,516,483 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.6227 per share and a total cost of € 12,737,803.22 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
