Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 22.09.2025 and 26.09.2025, it purchased 1,399,761 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.5106 per share and a total cost of € 4,913,991.54 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
