Announcement – Purchase of Own Shares [10.4.2025]

Following the announcement of 2.8.2024, Alpha Services & Holdings (the "Company") announces that during the period between 3.4.2025 and 8.4.2025, it purchased 700,000 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 2.0438 per share and a total cost of € 1,430,677.80, as part of its share buyback Program approved and amended by the 27.7.2023 and 24.7.2024 ordinary Shareholders General Meetings and following the 1.8.2024 decision of its Board of Directors.
