Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 22.12.2025 and 23.12.2025, it purchased 706,181 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.6165 per share and a total cost of € 2,553,886.55 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
