Sale of fractional balances 12.5.2025
Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. (hereinafter the "Company" or the "Issuer") hereby informs the investors that, following the approval by the Athens Exchange (hereinafter the "ATHEX") of its application to sell shares that resulted from fractional balances, it will proceed with the sale of 174 common, registered shares held in its transitional account.
The said common, registered shares (fractional balances) will be sold during the period from 22.5.2025 until 21.6.2025.
Alpha Finance Investment Services S.A. is the member of the ATHEX that will carry out the sale.
Upon completion of the sale of the shares, the Company will inform the investors about the results.
