Announcement of interim dividend distribution – Updated information [28.11.2025]

Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank" or "Alpha Bank"), following its announcement dated 29.9.2025 regarding the interim dividend distribution for the financial year 2025, announces that the gross amount per share now amounts to Euro 0.0484905441, excluding the 18,152,737 own shares held by the Bank.

It is noted that the interim dividend is calculated before withholding the applicable tax (5% on income tax according to articles 61, 62 and 64 of law 4172/2013, as in force). Therefore, the net amount of the cash interim dividend for the financial year 2025 payable to the Shareholders, following the above withholding tax and excluding the own shares held by the Bank, amounts to Euro 0.0460660169 per share.

The gross amount of interim dividend for the financial year 2025 amounts in total to Euro 111,388,046.88, as initially announced in the Bank's announcement dated 29.9.2025.
