Composition of the Executive Committee [18.12.2025]

The Board of Directors of Alpha Bank S.A. approved on 17.12.2025, with effect as of 1.1.2026, a) the appointment of Mr. G. Linatsas as Chief of Investment Banking and Member of the Executive Committee and b) the appointment of Mr. K. Sarafopoulos as Chief Risk Officer and Member of the Executive Committee.

The new composition of the Executive Committee, effective as of 1.1.2026, is the following:
