(b) On February 2, 2009 Mike Scheerer was terminated from his position as Sr. VP of Marketing of Alpha Pro Tech, Inc. and has left the company.

His severance package totaled $225,004. It was made up of twelve months of salary at an annual rate of $211,000 and annual car allowance of $14,004. The package does not include any medical benefits or any additional 401k pension plan contributions.
