Issue of Equity & TVR

Alpha Growth plc (LSE: ALGW), the financial services specialist in the growing Senior Life Settlement ("SLS") asset class, announces that it has today issued 1,666,666 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, valued at the last placing price of 1.5 pence per new share, to Novum Securities Limited ("Novum"). The issuance of shares to Novum represents their annual retention fees, net of VAT which Alpha has paid to Novum in cash, to act as the company's Broker. The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares. An application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading and admission is expected to take place on or around 5 June 2019 ("Admission").

On Admission the Company's issued share capital will consist of 158,701,666 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total voting rights from Admission will therefore be 158,701,666  shares. This figure above may be used by shareholders as from 6 June 2019 as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
