Appointment of New Auditor

Alpha Growth plc, ( www.algwplc.com ) a leading global financial services specialist in the multi-billion dollar market of longevity assets and insurance linked asset and wealth management is pleased to announce that the Board have appointed MHA Audit Services LLP ("MHA"), an independent member of Baker Tilly International, as the Company's new auditors with effect from 4 September 2025.

MHA have already started actively working on the 2025 accounts, including the transition to IFRS 17 and the Board is pushing to complete the audit as soon as practically possible.
