Announcement – Regulated Information by Law 3556/2007

Alpha Real Estate Services Societe Anonyme (hereinafter the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and based on the relevant notification received on 18.06.2025 from "Alpha Services and Holdings S.A.", following the disposal of shares of the Company, as of 17.06.2025 there was a change in the percentage of voting rights held by the latter in the Company greater than 3% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Therefore, "Alpha Services and Holdings S.A." holds a total of (indirectly), through "ALPHA GROUP INVESTMENTS LIMITED", 12,022,874 shares and corresponding voting rights of the Company, corresponding to 85.88% of the total number of voting rights of the Company.

ALPHA GROUP INVESTMENTS LIMITED is a 100% subsidiary of ALPHA BANK SA, which is a 100% subsidiary of Alpha Services and Holdings S.A.
