Almarai announces the completion of the acquisition of 100% of The International Company for Agro Industrial Projects (Beyti) in Egypt
On Wednesday, 30th September 2009, Almarai Company (Almarai) through its 100% subsidiary Almarai International Holdings W.L.L. completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of The International Company for Agro Industrial Projects (Beyti) in Egypt. This acquisition was announced earlier in TADAWUL website on 20/06/1430H (13/06/2009).
