Almarai announces the completion of the acquisition of 100% of Hail Agriculture Development Co. (HADCO)
The acquisition of HADCO by Almarai Company has been approved by the Extraordinary General Meetings of HADCO.
As stated in the offer document, which was published on 13.09.2009, the deposit amount of the dividends in the portfolios of the beneficiaries of the shareholders of Hadco will be within a maximum period of 29/10/2009.
