Almarai Company announces the completion of the acquisition of the IPNC shares held by Mead Johnson

Further to Almarai announcements on Tadawul dated 05/02/1435H( corresponding to 08/12/2013) and 28/02/1435H (corresponding to 31/12/2013), about the restructuring of International Pediatric Nutrition Company (IPNC), a joint-venture between Almarai and Mead Johnson, Almarai Company announces that all necessary approvals related to this transaction have been received on Wednesday 07/03/1435H (corresponding to 08/01/2014)afternoon time, and therefore this transaction has been completed.

As a result, Almarai Company owns the entire share capital of International Pediatric Nutrition Company (IPNC).
