Almarai Company announces deposit of the fractions shares sale proceeds arising out of the capital increase into shareholders portfolios.

Almarai Company announces the completion of selling fractions shares arising out of the company's capital increase based on the approval of extraordinary general assembly meeting which was held on 09-09-2013 corresponding to 03-11-1434 as following:

1.The total number of shares fractions is 19,444 shares

2.Sold fractions shares on 29-09-2013 corresponding to 23-11-1434 with a value of SAR 1,068,136.7 by average price SAR 54.9.

3.Amount will be deposit into the shareholders account on 27-10-2013 corresponding to 22-12-1434

The Banque Saudi Fransi will be deposit fractions shares amount to those whose accounts data are available, whereas those whose accounts data are not sufficient are contacted nearly branch of Banque Saudi Fransi to receive their due compensation amount after 27-10-2013 corresponding to 22-12-1434.
