Addendum announcement from Almarai Company related to restructuring of International Pediatric Nutrition Company, a joint venture between almarai and Mead Johnson Nutrition

Further to Almarai announcement on Tadawul on 05/02/1435H (corresponding to 08/12/2013G), about restructuring of International Pediatric Nutrition Company, a joint venture between almarai and Mead Johnson Nutrition. Almarai Company announces that, the statutory procedures and the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities to complete the acquisition of IPNC are still under process.

Almarai will announce later any developments in this regard.
