Almarai Company announces a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The board of Directors of the company, in its meeting dated January 31th 2015, has decided to nominate Mr. Georges Schorderet as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.

Mr. Georges Schorderet joined Almarai in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), since 2011 he became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company. Mr. Georges Schorderet is a Certified Accountant with an MBA from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland.

The board of Directors wishes Mr. Schorderet success in his new capacity of CEO.
