Almarai announces the appointment of the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director for the current session

Almarai Board of Directors issued a resolution on Saturday 17/08/2013 to make the following appointment:

1 - Prince Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer, as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

2 - Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Muhanna, Managing Director.

3 - Dr. Abdulrahman bin Sulaiman Al Turaigi, secretary of the Board of Directors.

For the current cycle, which started from 07/08/2013 for a period of three years.

Almarai Board of Directors also decided to form the committees of the Board of Directors (the Executive Committee, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit and risks Committee) for the current session, which began from 07/08/2013 for a period of three years.
