Almarai Company announces that it has completed the acquisition of Hail Agricultural Development (HADCO) which has been converted into closed joint stock company. A new board has been appointed which is composed of three members who are:

Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Abdulkarim (Chairman)

Dr. Abdulrahman Suliman Al Turaigi (Member)

Eng. Mohammed Rashed Al Balawi (Member)
