Almarai appoints a new Board Member

Almarai Board has appointed Dr. Sami Mohsen Paroom as a new board member to replace Dr. Abdulraouf Mohammad Manna who resigned earlier this year. This appointment will be presented at the next meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly for approval in accordance with Saudi Arabian Company law and Almarai bylaws.
