The Company has proposed a share consolidation on the basis that every five (5) issued and unissued existing shares will be consolidated into one (1) consolidated share. The share consolidation is subjected to the approval of the shareholders at the special general meeting to be held on 12 January 2017. Please refer to the Company’s announcement dated 12 December 2016 and the circular dated 23 December 2016 for details.
