UpDaTE On pROpOSED SHaRE COnSOLIDaTIOn

Reference is made to the announcement (the “Announcement”) of the Company dated 28 April 2016 relating to, among other things, the Share Consolidation. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

UpDaTE On THE pROpOSED SHaRE COnSOLIDaTIOn

Given the decrease in trading price of the Shares after the publication of the Announcement, the Company proposes to change the basis of the Share Consolidation from the consolidation of every five (5) issued and unissued Existing Shares into one (1) Consolidated Share to the consolidation of every ten (10) issued and unissued Existing Shares into one (1) ordinary share of HK$0.01 each (the “Revised Consolidated Share”) in the share capital of the Company (the “Revised Share Consolidation”) for the compliance with the relevant trading requirements under the GEM Listing Rules.
